Living By Design Mentorship Programme 2026 Schedule

Note: 

Classes are held bi-weekly on Saturdays, with a total of 24 lessons throughout the year. Since there are 26 Saturdays in the year, there will be two Saturdays without a scheduled lesson. These breaks are built in to allow for reflection, practice, and catching up if needed.

This programme is for you if you want to start being in control of your food and nutrition. Sister Aiman very patiently holds your hand and guides you through various cooking techniques, recipes, and Sunnahs. Her tips and tricks are legendary, and above all, you walk away with a mindset shift that allows you to implement a more intuitive and traditional way of life.

Very beneficial, the food lists you provide is a clear breakdown of facts, fibre, nutritional benefits etc, so one has many choices. Definitely eye opening, especially the body types, stomach size, nafs, not needing supplements, we can get vitamins, nutrition, minerals from food alone, and the recipes you provide. The constipating foods list helped me a lot. The habit tracker is very motivating, we are people of discipline and need this. I've added drank ruqqiyah water and nuraniyah book to mine

You have so much knowledge that you so generously share. I now think more about eating seasonally and locally. Lesson 4 was the most impactful having me question my bad food rules and has helped me change my relationship to food in a healthy way. At the start of this program, I also thought that I needed animal protein daily and now I know that I don’t. I have switched to a mostly plant-based diet and it’s wonderful. When you relate food lessons to the Quran and sunnah I’m also moved. It’s powerful information that makes an impact.
