There was a time when I was just as depressed and confused about my health.
Even though fatigue, bloating, indigestion, migraines, asthma, chronic cough, postnasal drip, ovarian cysts, breast tumours, gallbladder stone and recurrent urinary tract infections were all part of my life at some point, I just learned to live with my limitations.
Until June of 2014, when I became allergic to all kinds of peppers. This allergy limited my diet and introduced a new struggle in my life that led me to discover Prophetic medicine, Islamic medicine and Herbalism.
