About the Book
Visually stunning, well-researched and extremely practical
Reviving lost traditions of the past from doctors, herbalists, dentists, and the Prophets is essential to our survival. Do not dismiss old-fashioned ideologies your grandmother may still try to instill. It is a treasure to be sought and understood.

Our Prophet (pbuh) has left for us a standard for the practice of medicine that ignited the path for scientists, botanists, pharmacists and medical practitioners. Using these standards, these visionaries were able to set ablaze the Golden Age of medical advancement. Medicine we use today was forever changed by the divine revelation sent over 1400 years ago to our beloved Prophet (pbuh). We are not aware of the variety of plants, herbs, nutrition and other healing methods that can boost our immunity considerably.
The use of ingredients mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah, such as honey, olive oil, vinegar, black seed among others, is a testimony that prophetic medicines (Tibb-e-Nabawi) are the best source of healing for us. (this section was taken from the course page)
What Readers Are Saying
The ebook was very visually captivating. The first few pages probably had 'too much graphics' for a book - but nonetheless, the images were gorgeous. The history of medicine portion was fascinating -- I am a little opinionated on this subject -- overall good overview. Loved that you had practical advice. Loved that you had recipes. Great to see a large list of relevant ahadith and narrations relevant to the topic.

‘At a time when we are struggling with so many conflicting messages about what to eat and what not to eat, increased pressure to live up to beauty ideals and body goals, Aiman Attar’s book is a breath of fresh air. Cool, balanced and sure-footed, with an unmistakable enthusiasm for the subject matter, Attar challenges our concept of health, nutrition and wellbeing and challenges us to truly return to the Sunnah to achieve real ‘baseerah’ (insight). A sophisticated - and very beautiful - labour of love.’

A well written and thought provoking book. In searching for a solution to her own ongoing health issues, Aiman Attar comes to the realization that in today’s world of modern medicine and conveniences, perhaps we are approaching health and nutrition from the wrong perspective. Drawing from ancient wisdoms, she begins her journey to health wellness and shares her discoveries with us along the way. The Ramadan Remedy presents a fresh approach to health and nutrition and definitely should find itself be on the reading list of people from all faiths – Muslim and non-Muslim alike.
I've been an avid reader of Aiman's work. With an ocean full of articles and journals that talk about the same things regarding health; Aiman tackles a more personal and relatable approach with her readers. I find her work steers away from the redundancy of "text book" definitions related to health and wellness. Aiman uses her personal experiences by thorough research from health experts in both modern and traditional medicine and balances both healing approaches. This eBook is very well written, thoughtfully outlined, and engages the interest of the reader by means of understanding your body and its natural way towards healing.
I love Nurasunna’s ebook! There was so much beneficial knowledge in it, complete with Islamic references and research. I became interested in a holistic approach to food and healing some time back but I couldn’t find any resources that presented information in an organized way. I was so glad to find this ebook and the writer, Sr. Aiman, has been very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Nurasunna for your holistic nutrition needs.
Reading "THE RAMADAN REMEDY E-BOOK," was truly very inspiring on my journey in developing a healthy lifestyle. I was very amazed, as to how the author, Aiman Attar had brought the history of health and eating into her ebook. She really goes into details on the different body types one has and how to maintain it. She gives a list of recommendations on what to eat depending on our body types, environment, and season. I highly recommend for others who are on a journey like I am in getting fit and healthier to read Aiman Attar's ebook.

The information in this ebook is something ever Muslim needs to know. It is time we take our health into our own hands and understand the ability our bodies have to heal and how that happens.
Aiman is very passionate about what she does and it shows! This ebook is so thorough and packed with information that you can apply right away to see improvements in your health.
As a practitioner, I really appreciate the connections she has made and the historical timeline of medical practice she provides. For those who are not familiar, this will really help them gain clarity, understanding and a great foundation to approach their health and well being holistically.
I feel so blessed to have read this ebook. It's just what I needed, especially now that I think about my health a lot. I like that the author included her personal experience, it was good to read about how it all started. This ebook is well researched and includes Hadiths to highlight the Sunnah of eating and maintaining good health
The photos are all professional and beautiful, the book itself is beautifully designed.
I’ve learnt so much from these pages, I’m actually in awe. I now have a basic understanding of my body, what it needs and doesn’t need. My digestive system and my body type. The author has broken everything down, simplified things and it makes so much sense.
I’ve recommended this ebook to everyone on my personal contact list, especially people who are suffering from illnesses and allergies because all this is covered in this book too. I highly recommend it and I look forward to owning a print copy of the full book, InShaAllah.
Jazaki Allahu khairun for sharing your book. I sat down to look at it, but ended up reading it in one sitting. I found it refreshing. I really appreciate your emphasis on relating food and medicine back to the Prophet (saws). My only complaint is I want more. I feel like it was just the beginning. I would love more details on the Prophetic medicine. Insha Allah.
I read the Ramadan Remedy last year and never had our family have so much energy. Since then, Nurasunna/Aiman Attar has been helping with all my ailments
